Who you are agreeing with

These terms are an agreement between you and Tekelgames, Göynük Mah., Kemer, Antalya, Türkiye. Questions about them go to [email protected].

Your licence to play

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play our games on devices you control, for your own entertainment. That licence lasts as long as these terms do, and it is the only right you get: the games themselves, their code, art, sound, text and the Tekelgames name and logo remain ours.

You agree not to:

• copy, sell, rent, sublicense or redistribute a game or any part of it;
• reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble it, except where law gives you that right regardless of what we say here;
• modify a game, or use software that alters how it runs, to gain an advantage, to skip a purchase, or to interfere with other players;
• use a game for anything illegal, or attack the services behind it.

Virtual items and in-app purchases

Some of our games sell virtual items: currency, unlocks and conveniences used inside the game. Buying one gives you a limited licence to use it in that game. Virtual items are not money, they have no value outside the game, they cannot be exchanged for cash, and they cannot be transferred to another person or another game.

Purchases are sold and processed by Google Play, and their refund policy applies. If something you paid for did not arrive, write to [email protected] and we will put it right.

We may change, rebalance or retire virtual items as a game is updated. Where a change removes something you paid for outright, we will offer a fair replacement.

Advertising

Our games are free and show advertising. Some adverts are optional: you choose to watch one in exchange for something in the game. We do not control what an advert contains, and an advert appearing in a game is not a recommendation from us. How advertising data is handled is described in the privacy policy.

Your game account

A game creates an account for you automatically so your progress survives. Keep in mind that the account lives on the device it was made on: if you lose the device or uninstall the game, progress can be lost, and we cannot always recover it. We may suspend or delete an account that is being used to cheat, to abuse the services, or to break these terms.

Updates and availability

We update our games, and updates can change or remove features. We may also stop supporting a game. If we do, we will say so on its page here, and it will keep working on devices where it is already installed for as long as the platform allows. We do not promise the services behind a game will be available without interruption.

Age

Our games are not directed to children under 13. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only use our games with the agreement of a parent or guardian, who accepts these terms on your behalf.

No warranty

Our games and this website are provided as they are, without warranty of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not promise a game will be free of errors, or that it will suit any particular purpose of yours.

Our liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost data, or lost game progress. Where we are liable, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, or, if you paid us nothing, to the cost of the game, which is nothing.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected by these terms.

Ending the agreement

You can end this agreement at any time by uninstalling our games and, if you want your data gone too, sending a deletion request. We may end it if you break these terms in a serious way.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top says when they last changed, and continuing to play after a change means accepting the new version. If a change is significant we will say so in the game.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and disputes will be heard by the courts of Antalya, Türkiye. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory law of the country you live in, or of the right to bring a claim in your local courts.
